Request a return

You have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.

If there was any problem with your order here's what to do:

- Send an e-mail to ordini@theclino. com indicating the order number, and the goods you want to replace / return.

- Repack the goods and send them (no later than 15 days from receipt of them) attaching a printed copy of the return request email or two lines written by hand to the following address:

As soon as we receive the goods, a discount coupon of the same amount as what was purchased (shipping costs excluded) to place the order again with the correct size, or for a future purchase on the site.

We remind you that the item must be in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the goods returned at your expense.

Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.
