Payments and Orders

What size should I buy?

You can check the size of each product in the corresponding product size guide. You can also orient yourself based on the model's height and the size he or she wears.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared, we can modify or cancel it without problems. Otherwise, if we cannot change or cancel your order, you will need to request a return.

What if I receive the wrong product?

What should I do if the payment fails?

If your payment is not successful we recommend that you clear your cache and cookies or use a different payment method. If your payment still fails, please contact us .

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally delivered within 24/48 hours. But since shipping varies significantly by destination, please check our shipping policy for estimated shipping times.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as we receive an order, it is transferred and shipped as soon as possible (generally no more than 24 hours). During periods of high demand, this process may take longer than usual.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email from the shipping company containing your order's tracking information.

What courier do you use?

All orders are shipped by BRT.

RETURNS

If I'm not satisfied can I request a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your recent order we will gladly accept any items that are new and have not been worn, washed or altered.

All returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines of our Returns and Exchanges Policy .

How long do I have to request a return?

We allow up to 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Is the return shipping of the goods at my expense?

YES. You can ship the goods with the service you prefer as indicated in our Returns Policy

How long will it take to receive the voucher?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an email notification when your return processing is complete.
